How do I program a button on my phone to call another station or see status of another station?

KX-TA1232 KX-TD308 KX-TD816 KX-TD1232 KX-TD500

This button is called a DSS/BLF (Direct Station Select) (Busy Lamp Field)

With the handset down and the speakerphone off.

Press the PROGRAM key (PAUSE if you do not have a PROGRAM key), Dial 99

Press the key you want to program

If the keys light turns red, dial 1 (if you select a key without a light, skip this step)

Dial the station number you want to program

Press the STORE key. (The key with AUTO DIAL above it and STORE below it)

Press the PROGRAM key (PAUSE if you do not have a PROGRAM key)
