The following timer works with the call forwarding feature of the system. For it to follow this timer, you must have your FWD/DND light on. If you do not have the forwarding light on, your phone follows a system timer which you cannot adjust on the phone |

With the handset in the cradle, do the following to set the amount of time your phone rings before it forwards to your mailbox: Press PROGRAM (Press PAUSE if you do not have a PROGRAM button) Dial 53 Press ENTER or the AUTO DIAL/STORE Enter the Forward time in seconds, 08 would be 8 seconds, 12 would be 12 seconds Press ENTER or the AUTO DIAL/STORE Press PROGRAM or lift handset and hang up Default timer is 12 seconds which is 3-4 rings. |

Press Intercom *713 Enter time in seconds (8 seconds is 08, 17 seconds is 17) Hear a beep and hang up. Default timer is 12 seconds which is 3-4 rings. |
