CALL PICK UP |
By using the call pickup feature you can answer an incoming call that is ringing at another extension or group from your phone without leaving your desk. There are two types, Group Call Pickup and Directed Call Pick Up. Not sure which system you have, click here.

Group Call Pickup: Allows you to answer any other ringing telephone within your group. Using this code you can pickup incoming calls, intercom calls, and door phone calls. Call Pickup, Directed: Allows you to answer an incoming call at a specific extension. For example, if you are extension 110 and you are away from your phone, and you hear a ringing phone in your area. Press INTERCOM 41110 and you will be able to answer the phone. If the ringing was not at your phone, you will not answer it using this method. |
