How do I check my messages on the KX-TVS Voice Mail System?

Log-in your mailbox.   Enter password if requested.   Press 1

Press 1 for new messages, 2 for old messages

1 to Repeat Message. System will repeat the message you are playing

2 to Play Next Message. System will play the next message

3 to Delete Message. Deletes the message, it’s gone and you can’t get it back

5 to Rewind. Backs up message about 5 seconds during playback, you can press more than once, each time will back it up an additional 5 seconds.

6 to Fast Forward. Forwards message about 5 seconds during playback, you can press more than once, each time will forward an additional 5 seconds.

7 to Transfer to another User. System will ask you to enter the destination number which is the mailbox where you want to send the message being transferred.

Enter the mailbox number

2 to accept (if correct)

3 to repeat the number you entered

1 to change the number you entered

1 to transfer or 2 if you want to leave a comment about the message

If you pressed 2, leave comment at the tone, press 1, press 2 to accept

# 6 and the mail box number Transfers directly to the persons greeting. The phone does not ring.

# 8 and the mail box number Rings the phone before forwarding to voice mail greeting.

Pressing 2 during a mailbox greeting lets you skip greeting and leave your message.
