First Step: Program the phone number or extension you want called

Press: INTERCOM *7402, dial the number to be called (If an outside number, enter 9 and the number.  If an inside station, enter the station number).  Press #

Second Step: Set on or off      (INTERCOM *7401 for ON)   (INTERCOM *7400 for OFF)

Press: INTERCOM 742, dial number to be called (If an outside number, enter 9 and the number.  If an inside station, enter the station number).  Press #

Second Step: Set on or off  (INTERCOM 741 for ON) (INTERCOM 740 for OFF)
