SAMPLE: To program 1 555
222 1212 in Dial Speed Code 03 you would do the following.
Press INTERCOM, STAR, 30, 03, 915552221212, POUND, Hang Up. To call
this person, press INTERCOM STAR, STAR, STAR, 03 and the number would be
called. Remember, you have 10 positions to program, 00 to 09. STAR
means * POUND means #
If you have programmed your
phone to automatically connect to an outside line when you pick up the handset,
you must press intercom before dialing the station speed dial.
Single-line phones are always in intercom mode when the handset is picked up so
you just dial * 30.
Station Speed Dial is a
feature that allows you to have up to 10 speed dial numbers stored at your
extension. These numbers are not on buttons and require you to use a code
to access each number. The information above shows how to enter
555-222-1212 and then dial the number.
When storing, remember to
dial 9 or a line access code for an outside line and to press # after you have
entered the number.
